One of my projects as Front-End Lead at bolttech is launching a customer-facing service portal in partnership with Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines. We collaborate with backend developers, product design, managing team, and marketing team.
As a Front-End Lead, we utilized JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 to create partials, components, and views, effectively achieving our goals. We implemented AJAX techniques to dynamically load server data, enhancing the user experience. Additionally, we worked closely with our talented backend developers to seamlessly integrate the web-based application with Thymeleaf, a robust Java template engine.
The result of this project is a service portal called Gadget Xchange, which allows customers to easily submit requests for device switching, device replacement, or device screen replacement. We provide the convenience of doorstep delivery and device exchange, regardless of the condition of the device, offering customers more choices in the process.
